What is life coaching?
Life coaching is designed to provide you with the tools you will need to discover what you want and how to achieve it. In our work together, I will help you uncover what it means to live your best life, help you to eliminate roadblocks, and steer you toward the self inquiry you will need to reach both personal and professional goals. Coaching helps dissolve the thoughts you are currently thinking that are keeping you from living that best life.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching and therapy are quite different. Therapy deals with deep-rooted emotional issues and hurt from the past and how to heal that hurt. Coaching deals with your current life circumstances and how to create solutions to what is standing in the way of you living your best, most fulfilling life. Having a life coach is like having a personal trainer for your soul!
Where does coaching take place?
Location is never an issue. I do most of my coaching either virtually using Skype, over the phone or via e-mail. In person coaching can always be arranged if that is what you prefer.

How long does coaching last?
This depends on you. The average client commits to a two to three month coaching program since the results you will see from coaching are cumulative. Coaching is not just work, but it’s fun work—you’ll do lots of dreaming and use tools to guide you on your journey to your ultimate happiness. Once you’ve reached your goal and you have the tools to continue on the path of personal growth you may want to decrease sessions – this is your life, so you tell me when we are done! There’s nothing better than hearing a client say, “I’ve met my goal and I’m confident I can take it from here.”
